The circumstances surrounding a repair or a project can vary dramatically from place to place. It's always best for us to give an in person inspection to be able to fully gauge the most appropriate and accurately priced course of action for your individual needs.  

This service does come at a cost, but if paid work is signed for at the time of  visit/service, the estimate fee will be credited towards the job or your deposit amount. For those who need time to make a decision, we will guarantee the credit for up to 14 days.

Material cost and market rates for goods and services are suject to frequent change and volatility,  while we try to keep things as consistent as possible, rates are subject to change.

After an in person assessment, our prices are presented to reflect the expected final costs of services rendered, accounting for and including applicable discounts or taxes for the work scope approved at the time of agreement.  

Any changes to work scope due unforeseen or unanticipated circumstances may alter project costs or outcomes and will be discussed with the decision maker prior to continuing with any work outside of the agreed upon workscope.
